Frequently asked questions
Everything is online and takes 2 minutes. Choose a car seat, your dates and the delivery address. Once your order is confirmed, we contact you to agree on the details and the exact time. You can pay in cash to the courier or by Russian bank card. The courier brings the car seat in branded packaging — home, to the maternity hospital, your hotel, the airport or a railway station.

Yes, Cybex Cloud T comes with the Base T. If the car has no ISOFIX, the car seat can be secured with the car's seat belt.

Yes. We deliver the car seat on discharge day — free of charge anywhere in Moscow within the MKAD ring road.
Every car seat is disinfected and checked before each rental. We photograph its condition at delivery and return and deliver it in branded packaging. If anything is wrong, we replace it within 24 hours.
Yes, at the same daily rate. Message or call us in advance so the car seat isn't booked by someone else. The longer you rent, the lower the daily rate.
With courier delivery the minimum is 3 days. For just one day you can rent at the same daily price, but you pick up and return the car seat yourself at our pick-up point.
