Everything is online, in 2 minutes. Choose a stroller, specify the dates and delivery address, pay by card. After the order is confirmed, we will contact you to clarify the details and the exact time. The courier will bring the stroller in branded packaging - to the hotel, apartment, airport or train station.
Payment is deducted only after we confirm the order. When you make a payment, we authorize your card, which is a verification process rather than a funds lock. Your money will not be deducted until the order is confirmed by us.
Yes. Write or call us - we will check availability and arrange an extension. The surcharge for additional days is calculated at the same rate. It is better to inform in advance so that the stroller is not booked by another client.
We guarantee a replacement within 24 hours. Each stroller is disinfected and inspected before delivery, and its condition is recorded in photos during shipment and return. If there is any issue, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve it without further questions.
